SEQscoring uses tables of conservation scores provided by:
The SiPhy constraint elements were detected by the alignmnet of 29 eutherian mammal, twenty of them not previosly reported, and nine species from assemblies based on deep coverage (human, mouse, chimpanzee, maqaque, rat, dog, cow, horse and guinea pig)
The phastCons file from UCSC is a multiple alignment of the human (hg17, May 2004), mouse (mm6, March 2005), rat (rn3, June 2003) and the dog (canFam2, May 2005).
The files from Ensembl are from release 56 and 73 and are created by a multiple alignment of respectively 16 and 20 amniota vertebrates using the program Pecan.
SEQscoring gives access to conservation scores for the following species:
|Mus musculus||NCBIM37/mm9, GRCm38/mm10|
|Homo sapiens||GRCh37/hg19, NCBI36/hg18|
|Gallus gallus||WASHUC2(2006), galGal4|
|Felis catus||CAT(2006), felCat5|
|Canis familiaris||Broad/canFam2, Broad/canFam3|
|Bos taurus||Btau_4.0, bosTau6|
More species will be added if requested by a user.
